With instant access to myPAL Roam hotspot's global WiFi network of 90+ countries, you get the convenience of fast, secure, and cost-effective coverage.

The myPAL Roam global day pass is our pay-as-you go service. Once you select the “Start” button on your myPAL Roam hotspot, a 24-hour service period begins, during which you have access to unlimited internet. After the cycle runs out, your hotspot will invite you to start a new day pass. Purchase and use day passes as you need them! Please note that day passes cannot be stopped once they are activated.

If you're traveling across countries, the global day pass will be calculated under the clock of the location where you activated your hotspot.

With each myPAL Roam daily service package or "global day pass" you get 24-hours unlimited internet on up to 5 devices, there is no data cut off. This provides access to the fastest network globally (HSPA+) with speeds up to a 3G/4G hybrid and may vary country to country depending on local data networks. The day pass is modeled to provide the best possible experience to the average myPAL Roam customer, so the vast majority of users only get the fastest speeds. If there's high usage (over 1GB) within 24-hours, the connection with go to a lighter speed, which is great for e-mail, web surfing, social media, apps, messaging, and WiFi calling. Data always resets with the next global day pass.

Kindly note: myPAL Roam is not optimized for video services like YouTube, Netflix or other heavy streaming activities.

The myPAL Roam hotspot can be rented for P 490.00/day with a deposit of Php 4,000 per device rented.

Step 1:

Turn on the myPAL Roam hotspot by holding down the power button on the right side of the device for 3 seconds

Step 2:

Find your myPAL Roam hotspot WiFi SSID and Password by navigating the menu as follows: Menu → Wi-Fi Information

Step 3:

From your WiFi-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), search for and select the SSID (example: myPAL Roam_w92) from the list of available Wi-Fi networks

Step 4:

Enter the password

Step 5:

Your device will now connect to the myPAL Roam hotspot and is ready to use.

Step 6:

To activate, press the start button twice.

You are now ready to start surfing the internet. Enjoy your travel with myPAL Roam.

myPAL Roam will work by ports or on land where there is cell reception, but not out at sea (only satellite technology is available far from land. However, our customers find myPAL Roam to be one of the best options for staying connected at cruise destinations!

NO. myPAL Roam operates on cellular data signals. Only satellite technology works up in the air.

Unfortunately, myPAL Roam hotspot only provides data service, and does not support regular cellular voice calls. However, our service does support most VoIP (Voice-over-InternetProtocol) call applications such as FaceTime Audio, Facebook calls, Skype, and more.
